The misting system fitting is made of brass with nickel plating and connect nylon tubing. The locking occurs under pressure, the greater the pressure the harder they lock. Pneuflex spraying fittings include a heavy duty body, thicker locking ferrule, and an over sized NBR o-ring. The unique design of these fittings allows them to be easily removed, replaced, or re-installed any time after the initial installation. No special tools or crimping procedures are required.
Pneuflex's push in fittings are designed for use with nylon tubing that accommodate metric tubing O.D ranging from 4mm to 12mm and accommodate inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". Thread sizes including 10-24UNC, 10-32UNF, M5X0.8, M6X1.
